While the Journal welcomes empirical studies we also seek non-quantitative research that contains insightful examinations of relevant economic and/or financial issues that are descriptive in nature and include discerning discourse on the current nature and future course of our financial and economic institutions and practices.

The JFEP is published by the Department of Finance and Quantitative Methods in the Foster College of Business at Bradley University
JFEP is a peer-reviewed journal designed to serve as an outlet for quality research of both a quantitative and qualitative nature.
Bradley is an independent, privately endowed coeducational institution in Peoria, Illinois. Bradley was founded in 1897 as Bradley Polytechnic Institute by Lydia Moss Bradley as a memorial to her children and her husband, Tobias. It became a four-year college in 1920 and in 1946 was restructured as a university offering a broad range of graduate programs. Currently, more than 90 programs of study are offered throughout the five colleges. Bradley University is fully accredited, and the degree programs in the Foster College of Business are accredited at both the graduate and undergraduate levels by the American Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Approximately 5000 undergraduates and 1000 graduates students are enrolled full-time at Bradley University.
